For years, we’ve shared the joy of baking with you, one alfajor, one cake, and one celebration at a time. Your support has been the "yeast" that allowed this business to rise, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
As our family grows and life evolves, we’ve realized that our passion for baking is also undergoing a transformation. Today, we are excited to share that Dulcito is evolving.
The Evolution of Dulcito
We are pivoting from a traditional bakery to a digital-first content brand. Our mission is shifting from baking for you to baking with you.
Mariana is taking her professional pastry background and blending it with the beautiful, chaotic reality of "mom life." We want to create a space that inspires other baking moms (and everyone else!) to find confidence in the kitchen, master professional techniques at home, and find joy in the process.
We’re Still Here (In a New Way!)
While you won’t be picking up a box of treats from us, we’ll be right there on your screens. We’ll be sharing the professional secrets, the "fails," the successes, and the science behind the perfect bake. All while navigating life with a toddler!
